Policy Framework of Authenticated Research
These policies collectively define the operational, ethical, and legal framework governing the use of the Authenticated Research (AR) platform.

Authenticated Research (AR) is an AI-powered research evaluation and certification platform designed to help researchers assess, improve, and strengthen the quality of their manuscripts before submitting them to journals or conferences.

AR does not function as a journal or publisher. Instead, the platform provides structured analytical evaluation reports that assist authors in improving the academic quality, clarity, and societal relevance of their research work.

By accessing or using the AR platform, users agree to the policies and terms described below.
1. Nature of the Platform

Authenticated Research (AR) is an AI-powered research evaluation and certification platform that analyzes research manuscripts through structured analytical frameworks.

The platform provides evaluation reports intended to help authors refine their research work prior to submission to journals or conferences.

AR does not publish manuscripts, nor does it guarantee acceptance by any journal, conference, or publisher.

2. User Responsibilities

Users submitting manuscripts to AR confirm that:

The manuscript represents original work.

All authors have consented to the submission.

The work does not violate copyright laws.

The research complies with accepted academic and ethical standards.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted to the platform is accurate.

3. AI-Powered Evaluation System

AR uses an AI-powered analytical evaluation system designed to assess multiple aspects of a manuscript, including clarity, structure, methodological rigor, and societal relevance.

The generated report is intended to provide constructive academic feedback to assist authors in improving their work.

4. Research Ethics and Academic Integrity

Authors are expected to adhere to accepted academic standards including:

Proper citation of sources

Avoidance of plagiarism

Ethical research practices

Responsible authorship

AR reserves the right to refuse evaluation if clear violations of research integrity are detected.

5. Revision and Re-Evaluation Policy

Authors may revise their manuscripts after receiving an evaluation report.

As per AR policy, one revised manuscript may be submitted for re-evaluation within 35 days of the previous evaluation.

This policy is intended to encourage authors to incorporate the suggestions provided in the report and improve the quality of their work.

6. Use of Evaluation Reports

Authors may choose to share the AR evaluation report with journals, conferences, or academic institutions.

Such sharing is entirely voluntary and at the discretion of the author.

7. Platform Modifications

Authenticated Research reserves the right to modify or update its services, evaluation methods, and policies in order to continuously improve the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

AR provides analytical evaluation reports for academic guidance.

Publication decisions remain solely with journals, conferences, and editorial boards. AR shall not be held responsible for publication outcomes.
