Authenticated Research (AR) provides an AI-assisted research evaluation system designed to help authors improve the quality, clarity, and societal relevance of their research manuscripts before submitting them to journals or conferences.
The certification process follows a structured workflow described below.
1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscript through the AR submission system.
During submission, authors confirm:
originality of the research
compliance with ethical research practices
relevance of the research work to the academic community or society
Once submitted, the manuscript enters the AR evaluation pipeline.
2. AI-Assisted Research Evaluation
The submitted manuscript is analyzed using the AR evaluation engine.
The system evaluates the manuscript across several research quality dimensions, including:
clarity of research objectives
soundness of research methodology
strength of analysis and interpretation
coherence of conclusions
relevance to the research discipline
potential societal impact
The goal of this evaluation is to provide structured feedback that helps authors improve their work.
3. Generation of Evaluation Report
After the evaluation process is completed, the system generates a detailed AR Evaluation Report.
The report may include:
analytical observations regarding the manuscript
strengths identified in the research work
suggestions for improving clarity or methodological rigor
an overall research quality score produced by the evaluation system
This report helps authors refine their manuscripts before submitting them to journals or conferences.
4. Certification Eligibility
Based on the evaluation score and qualitative assessment, manuscripts that meet the defined quality benchmark may receive AR Endorsement.
This certification indicates that the manuscript has undergone a structured research quality evaluation process.
5. Certification Record
For manuscripts that qualify for certification:
an AR certification record is generated
the evaluation report becomes part of the certification documentation
Authors may choose to include this report when submitting their manuscript to journals or conferences to demonstrate that the research has undergone prior analytical evaluation.
6. Revision and Re-evaluation
Authors may revise their manuscript based on the recommendations provided in the evaluation report.
As per AR policy, a manuscript may be submitted for one re-evaluation within 35 days of the initial evaluation.
This allows authors an opportunity to further strengthen the quality of their research work.
